implement. Part of this means getting clarity on what sort of fitness or foods may work for your body and your lifestyle needs.
You may also want insight on how to effectively plan meals, as well as dietary and recipe suggestions to improve your energy levels.

Before your initial session I will have you complete a new client form, that helps me understand your current lifestyle habits like eating, exercise and uncover your health goals.
In your first consultation we discuss your new client form and review your current lifestyle, concerns and goals to create atailored plan just for you.
In your follow up sessions, I will make 1-3 diet or lifestyle changes to help move you toward your goals. You will build upon habits from each previous session with some homework to complete between sessions. We will discuss progress, any obstacles you are facing, and I will continue to provide education on new topics and new actions to take.
I will hold you accountable to your goals while giving you the support and guidance needed to follow through on your commitments.
You will receive educational handouts, recipes, specific recommendations based on your goals.
In your final session, we will review your progress and I will leave you with suggestions to maintain what you’ve achieved and continue for a lifetime.
