On today’s episode I chat with JoAnn Camp, the owner of Camp Yoga & SUP.

JoAnn has a Bachelors Degree in Health Science with an emphasis on Health Education and Promotion. She is also a certified personal trainer with 500 ERYT and YACEP through Yoga Alliance and Pilates Reformer certified through Balance Body.

In this episode we talk about her journey from being a student of yoga to being the owner and teacher of her own yoga studio.

We also discuss tips on overcoming the fear of what others think. And she shares several of her faves from yoga mats to leggings.
