Go To Green Smoothie

Most of you know I love my green smoothies! I have one most mornings. Smoothies are a great way to start you day because it’s easy to add in greens and fruit that you might not eat otherwise. Below is the recipe I follow most of the time.

2 cups of greens (I love Organic Girl’s Super Greens)

1 banana

Sakara protein powder

1 tbsp flax seed

1 tbsp hemp seeds

8 ounces of nut milk of choice or water (I usually use almond milk)

any extra powder or liquid supplements like ashwagandha, maca etc.

Blend it all up and enjoy!
