Smoothie Love

High Vibe Smoothie

1 orange

1 banana

1 carrot

1 kiwi

1 tsp of ginger

1 tsp of turmeric

1 cup coconut water

1 tbsp hemp seeds

Handful of ice cubes

Immune Boosting Smoothie

1/2 cup orange juice

1/2 cup of coconut milk

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp ginger

1 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1 tbsp maple syrup

Sprinkle of cacao nibs

Chocolate Cherry Smoothie

1/3 cup frozen cherries

1/3 cup cauliflower florets

1 date, pitted

1 tsp hemp seeds

1 tsp chia seeds

2 tsp cacao powder

1 tbsp almond butter

1 cup water

You can use fresh or frozen fruits and veggies. Add in any of your protein, collagen powders and other supplements. For all the smoothies combine ingredients in a blender, blend for a few minutes and enjoy!
